IMAGE No. 4/17 Videodermatoscopy is a non-invasive diagnostic investigation performed by means of a Videocap 100 epiluminiscence equipment. By this kind of examination, the lack of pigments is assessed in vivo within the vitiligo patch. Once the Ratok®therapy has started, the quantity of newly produced melanin pigments and their distribution within the achromic region are also assessed.
